hi(gh)! im alexandra (she/they). i smoke bb bowls from bongs, microdose mushrooms weekly, move my body at least a little bit every day, and start every morning with hot water. when i say i care about food, i mean i care DEEPLY about food. food advocacy, food access, where how & by whom was it grown, and most importantly- when is my next meal :) ima FARMERS MARKET HOE- eating seasonally and locally is so so important for a lotta reasons, but fuck does it taste better! it also helps to start with good, tasty ingredients so my stoner ass doesn’t have to do a lot to have delicious meal.
i care about the ingredients i work with & consume. and that translates to the medicinals i provide. i think about the ingredients carbon footprint, who is harvesting the ingredients, and the suppliers ethos. while chocolate is an incredible medium and a very powerful food on its own, it doesn’t always make sense during the hot months. i try to use minimal amount of ingredients for our own and the plants health.

i’ve been in the cannabis space for 17+ years and am a microdose advocate. my grandfather was a chocolatier in Poland, while i never got the chance to meet him, i guess some part of him is really in me. trippy
im a movement instructor, my background includes 20+ years of dancing along with certifications in pilates, swim instruction, cpr, and nasm. i believe there’s a holistic connection between weed, movement, and mental health. fuck diet culture.
