tbh the plant material takes awhile to deteriorate. like a year. the chocolate may bloom (when the sugar and fat separates) which is totally safe to eat - but might not be the best mouthfeel

keep in a cool dark space. not in direct sunlight! if your home gets sweltering hot place in the fridge. (bring chocolate to room temp before eating - its a better mouthfeel)

microdoses dno’t usually induce nausea the way heroic doses do. but ingesting the shrooms via tea reduces nausea.
keep in mind the different herbs spices vs cacao. the title of the teas help indicate the vibe!
personally i feel the tea a bit faster than i do the chocolates. but it depends on when i’m ingesting and if i’ve eaten before hand

you can use it in a drink but oil and water don’t mix (something to keep in mind with visuals, but not off limits!) you can totally put weedie tincture on food.

i suggest weedie tincture directly under the tongue - it’s your fastest absorption rate!

Oliwa oil is perfect as a finishing oil or for baking. but don’t use it for high heat cooking because the you’ll cook off the thc

perfect for dips, cakes, sammy’s, salads, pasta, honestly anything! i love to pour Oliwa into a dish, top with salt, pepper, vinegar and dip a good chunk of sourdough right in. chefs kiss

for weed:
strains don’t matter when it comes to edibles (unless its water soluble)- by the time it passes through your stomach juices the nuances have been broken down. vibes are impacted by how you ingest (smoke vs eat vs topical), thc %, dosage, terpene profile, harvest date, and you and your endocannabinoid system.
with the lowkey chocolates i use crude extract methods and fats + low dosage = chill vibes

for shrooms:
different strains will impact focus and attention along with physical sensations. how the shrooms are ingested will impact the vibe. when psilocybin is brewed in a tea, it will decrease nausea. (this is more apparent in larger doses)
