its that time of year

when fitness instructors always bring up food, calories, weight, and guilt during the month of December (or really any time).
fuck that
i am not here to make myself or anyone else feel guilty for eating. food is wonderful and people (incl myself) tend to have a tumultuous relationship with it. im not here to promote this -expect a pilates class focused on taking care of our physical and mental health, not on calories or
changing the shape of our bodies
