you've heard me talk for hours about cannabis and fitness and how great they go together. did you know cannabis and airplanes and fitness also go really well together?!
I know sounds like a stretch.

cannabis before a flight, enjoy stress free travel because why stress out over things you cant control -easier said than done. (my prayers to everyone flying united).
just imagine. you're on the plane, comfy in your tiny ass seat. the seatbelt sign goes off and now it's your time to shine! jump outta that seat and lunge your way to the bathroom. sure you might look diff than all those ppl boringly walking to the bathroom. but YOU are giving your booty🍑, hammys🐷 n thighs🍗 a little bump. when you're waiting for toilet, do some heel lifts to work out those calves. DO NOT FORGET TO ENGAGE UR CORE 😇 lunge back to your seat. while you're sitting write the alphabet with each foot- this is a great way to strengthen your ankle muscles.
so not only have you given your circulation system some love, muscle has been made, and you created endorphins which helps you de-stress. cannabis is also de-stressing you and it's talking to your NRF2 gene which is acting as an anti-inflammation agent. this is v important when flying cuz planes are great at fucking with your body!
