I am SO thrilled that my favorite hood healer, Lynsey of Bread x Butta, is opening her very own motherfuckin studio!!! Her studio, HAUS OF BREAD will offer so many friggin things like reiki, breathwork, sound sessions, plant magic, textile marbling workshops, herbalist appointments, and infused dinners. Located at 1102 Broadway on the border of BedStuy and Bushwick, she's opening up her space on Feb 1 w an opening ceremony from 7-11pm (u r all invited!). My fav part about this is Lynsey/HAUS OF BREAD will offer a week of free wellness classes in honor of their opening (check their ig for allll the offerings). I really respect Lynsey opening the studio and making the practice of wellness as accessible as possible. Lynsey is so thoughtful, caring, and giving - I mean a week of free wellness- she's invested in her community. Not to mention I love her line of CBD products and plant medicine.When she made this announcement I right away reached out and asked if I could offer a class. .
