FOAM ROLL/ING JOINTS
Monday 7-7:30pm est
roll joints while rolling out. or roll the joint beforehand- kinda hard to do both at the same time. really good for recovery, tightness, knots. foam roller highly recommended
PILATES FLOW/ER
Wednesday 6-7pm est
more of a pilates flow. but tbh depends on what im feeling that day. usually core, always some stretching. padded mat is recommended.
WAKE N BAKE
Saturday 10-11am est
wake your ass up, get baked, and release the stressors from the week. lots of flow. lots of stretching. v slow. a lot of breathwork
