a little rebrand

you may have noticed a little rebrand- good eye! I am refocusing how and why I'm teaching physical movement and advocating for cannabis. here's why:
1. physical movement and mental health are absolutely related and connected. they compliment one another. at the end of the day, I'm really using pilates to have an impact on my students' mental health
2. I have always been an advocate for cannabis (and criminal justice reform) - I'm just being more verbal about it now!
3. I'm here to support and advocate for microdosing and cbd. microdosing before a pilates class is one of my FAV things to do- it allows me to focus on my breath, resulting in a more meditative mental state and feeling totally refreshed after class. My skin and sense of touch are more awakened too. both microdosig thc or cbd melts my anxiety, neuroses, and stress away while staying focused and functioning!
that being said, all of my classes are cannabis friendly, but some of my classes will spotlight different cannabis companies and their products!!
