an act of self love

I've been trying to make more of a connection between my physical fitness, what I eat/where my food comes from, and mental health in my life. Meshing these three points on a day i'm not at the office has been a delightful way to actualize self-love! I start my morning off by drinking a cup of kaffir lime leaf tea with tincture, walk to the farmers market where I drop off compost and pick up whatever's in season, head home to practice pilates, and then eat something deliciously fresh 🍅🍐🍒
