movement & cannabis

In case this wasn't clear enough before, all of my classes are cannabis friendly. I love drinking a cup of tea with a few drops of tincture before a class. I find myself entering and remaining in a more meditative state throughout and after my movement. I become more attentive and intentional with my muscles, organs, skin (which is your largest organ -woah). When I combine movement and cannabis, it really feels like I'm taking the time to care for myself... my anxiety melts away, I feel more grounded, and I appreciate the movement my body creates 🌳🍵💫
