miso butter

 miso butter. literally will change your life. take a stick of butter and let it sit on the counter to come to room temp. place in a bowl. 1 tablespoon of white miso. (1.5- 2tbsp if you like it fuuunky) whip together using an electric or stand mixer. spread on everything. slather it on a piece of toast. make apple cake (recipe below) and schmear it on that. add it to veggies. FUCK IT UPPPP


APPLE CAKE 
warning. i love spices and i love it spicy. play with the spice amounts if you prefer it more appley

8 apples (peeled) chopped
2 tbsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp all spice
1/8 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp cardamom (ground)
1.5 tsp freshly grated ginger
5 tbsp sugar
➡️ into a bowl and mix


2 3/4 cups of flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
➡️ into a big bowl


1/4 cup apple cider + half a lemon OR 1/4 cup orange juice
4 eggs
2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup full fat yogurt
1 cup of sugar (i use raw)
➡️ stir in a medium bowl or a big measuring cup


➡️pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. combine. make sure to scrape the sides of the bowl. stir in walnuts. stir in apples

➡️parchment lined pan (wipe down with olive oil before parchment). pour in mixture. sprinkle sea salt. bake for 1.5 hrs.

➡️ every time i make me a slice, i warm it up in the oven and then slather it with miso butter. ur welcome
