WE'RE CELEBRATING THIS & THAT'S ONE YEAR BDAY
AND I COULDN'T HAVE DONE IT WITH YOU! THANK U THANK U THANK U

this & that soft launched in dec 2020. in may 2021 we officially launched as a part time/ side thing. in october 2021 i was laid off from my full time position and so i focused my energies on this & that and i feel so grateful. this past year i made 14,359 handmade chocolates! i keep a log of every batch i make-notating how many pieces, ingredients, instructions, and the results. every batch of chocolate i work with is different from the other, cacao is a living organism and every time i work with it i need to be present and learn. remind me why potheads are labeled lazy? don't get me wrong, i love to rest and relax- it's essential to care for yourself, its the only way you can care for others- but please, i ain't lazy. i enjoy writing down and keeping track of all my ideas, learnings, data points. especially when i can do it all in one place. i log everything in Notion (my emotions, movement, strain reviews, project management, spanish practice). its like google drive, smartsheets, relational databases mixed into one. PLUS emojis- which makes it fun and cute! you can turn pages into a webpage without coding. this is not a paid advertisement, i am very passionate about Notion
