weird shit

well this is some weird shit. im trying to focus on feeling grateful to be in a space that is forcing me to slow down, even tho there's a lot of uncertainty and I'm v worried about hrly employees, small businesses, rents, the list goes on.
for those of us working from home for the first time. create boundaries between you and your work. maybe create a schedule. look into pomodoro method. or create daily habits that can be accomplished at diff times of the day so we don't feel like robots.
WRITE DOWN UR PERFECT DAY AND MANIFEST IT!

this is what I want to do every day, not necessarily in this order- i want to be practice being flexible while doing all the things that make me happy. and yes i'll be doing everything thru out my work day :)
-meditate
-wear something fabulous every day
-make a morning smoothie
-jade roll my face
-foam roll my body
-streeeeetch
-cook!
-facemasks! hairmasks! body masks!
-move my body 20-60min from low impact to cardio (blah) to strength
-READ READ READ READ multiple times a day
-take an afternoon walk regardless of the weather 10-60min (i can literally do all the costume changes I want so i will take advantage)
-do something around the house i've been putting off. like sew holes in my clothes, hang art, clean plants, organize something (like spices)

so write down what is your ideal day, keep it visible, and have that lovely day
