highly recommend - stop using indica & sativa to describe weed, the silk road, ACV, and Digestivo Newsletter

🥦 how to buy weed. you can use the sativa vs indica method- but again thats only describing the shape of the plant, not the high you're gonna feel. to better understand the high - pay attention to the thc %, the terpenes, the date of harvest, and pesticide usage. but my personal fav way of deciding the strain im going to buy? the name of course! the cuter the better
📚 The Silk Roads: A New History of the World - an absolute must read. like holy shit it explains so much, how intertwined we truly are. these connections go back thousands of years. but really crazy how the dots connect from Ghengis Khan to the current situation America has created in the Middle East (spoiler alert the British are have a huge role in this). this perspective on history is not white, western centric. its part of the story, but it ain't the whole story.
🌞 apple cider vinegar warm water is the best way to start your day. you can't tell me otherwise. okay warm lemon water good too. ACV (from Braggs w the mother) is great for your sinuses (esp as we move into winter) and honestly it will wake you the fuck up. plz dont brush your teeth before drinking - it will taste disgusting - i warned you! :)
🫒 Digestivo - one of my favorite food newsletters! maybe its because we have similar palettes but really i just love they write about food. and how they write in general - would love to take a writing class with them!
