sprout seeds at home for easy fresh greens

I've been thinking a lot about getting fresh greens 🥬 into my home/stomach during the quarantine. Going to the grocery store is stressful. So I've been thinking that when I run low on fresh greens, to start sprouting some seeds to eat! They're good with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add them to a sandwhich or pair with some tinned fish. I LOVE radish, onion, garbanzo, green pea, and lentil sprouts.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- seeds
-jar
-water
-cheesecloth or a paper towel
-rubber band
STEPS
-thoroughly wash the seeds
- don't place too many seeds in the jar (about 1-2 fingers wide)
-cover in water and soak overnight
-drain the water and let the seeds sit
-rinse & drain every day for 2 to 3 days
-everything should be sprouted and can be placed in the fridge!
