summertime means allllll the fresh herbs are here blessing our lives 🙏 i love using fresh herbs as lettuce greens, but sometimes there's just too much. and what about carrot tops? wtf do you do with those?! its called green goddess dip dressing

you'll need a blender and a variation of the following ingredients: carrot top greens, basil, tarragon, dill, fennel greens, yogurt (plain, full fat, greek or reg), 1 garlic clove, olive oil (like a lot of it), juice of one lemon, apple cider vinegar, salt n pepper. you can always start with a thicker dip and loosen it up by adding olive oil (maybe a tad more acidity) to the blender to get it to the consistency you like! Feel it out! making food is a journey. trial and error is part of the nourishment process
