TAKE CARE OF YA HAIR the dryness of radiators, the hats, the freezing temps, the end of summer def takes a toll on my hair. so here's a hair mask I do every other weekend. its easy and you most likely have the ingredients in your kitchen
lemon juice + boiled water for the scalp. squeeze a lemon and add boiled water (it's been disinfected vs the water coming outta ur faucet) to a vessel that can apply this mixture directly to your scalp. i use those plastic ketchup/mustard bottles one can find in a diner. you can always add neem oil and tea tree oil to this mixture cuz they're anti-fungal and great for dandruff. get that scalp squeaky clean.
in a bowl mix half a cup of full fat yogurt (more or less depending on how much hair you got) and honey (1 tbsp). the yogurt has to be full fat and unflavored- no added sugars plz! i use greek yogurt cuz thats whats in my fridge, but it can be any style - just full fat and no flavor! mix in the honey and then apply all over! i concentrate the mixture on my ends, but i def add to my roots too.
then wrap your hair up with cling film or a plastic bag
let it sit for a few hours
wash it out real good
